The opportunity I chose to showcase is a summer student position with the Peace and Reconciliation Centre. This position intrigued me because I've been actively seeking opportunities to engage with Indigenous communities in the Chilliwack area. Additionally, I'm keen on enhancing my research skills and gaining more professional experience.
